SJSVK provides opportunities for children to grow academically, socially and creatively. Admission procedures may include registration, interaction/assessment and submission of required documents depending on the class.

- Residence/address proof
- Parent/guardian photo ID
- Recent passport-size photographs
- Previous academic progress record where applicable
- Blood group report
- Transfer/character/migration certificates where applicable
